1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using any SillyPixel application — including Traffic Swimmer (com.sillypixel.trafficswimmer) and Logit (com.sillypixel.logit) — or by visiting our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. USE OF OUR APPS
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works based on our apps. You must not use our apps for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the apps.
3. USER CONTENT
Any data you input into our apps (such as workout logs in Logit) remains your property. We do not claim ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for the data you enter and for maintaining any backups of your data.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, graphics, designs, logos, and software associated with SillyPixel and our apps are owned by SillyPixel and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
5. IN-APP PURCHASES & SUBSCRIPTIONS
Some of our apps may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their terms and refund policies. Prices are displayed before purchase confirmation.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Our apps and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The Logit app is a fitness tracking tool and does not constitute medical or professional fitness advice.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SillyPixel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our apps or website. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
8. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your access to our apps at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our apps will immediately cease. You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling our apps.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our apps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
